2012 a Fantastic Year!
I’ve been very fortunate in my writing career thus far, (although I have recently lost the first 5 chapters of my fourth novel, with no copies) and 2012 was a fantastic year. In fact my best year as a writer ever. Military Writers Society of America honored my first novel, Project Seven Alpha, with the Gold Award for Historical Fiction of the year. Vengeance at Midway and Guadalcanal continues to sell quite well and my third in the series End Game in the Pacific is in final edit. I was even asked to become a Contributing Editor for Airways Magazine.
I did a series of articles on the documentary my production company, Broken Wing, did for Discovery. Curiosity Series: Plane Crash was hugely successful, to get the inside story check out the articles in Airways Magazine.
The year ended with my old friend Christopher Hounsfield, Editor of Aerospace Testing International, asking for a front cover article as well (DEC/NOV). As my long time readers will remember, I did a chapter in Chris’s book Trailblazers, Test Pilots in action. It is a great book, I highly recommend it.
Here is to a fantastic 2013 for all my readers! Oh yes, if you happen to see a spiral notebook with A Race With Infamy and the number 1 written on it; please call the number on the inside cover.
