American Airlines on approach
In past posts I’ve tried to de-bunk the “push button” perception many have of airline flying. Here is a good example in living color. Many of the older airports in the USA system have non-standard approaches that keep the crew on their toes. Exhibit a: simultaneous approach in San Francisco. This video is shot from a passenger window of a Virgin America Airbus-320. The American Airlines aircraft is an MD-82 (Super 80). Still think airline flying is push button?
